Mark Havlic
 Mark Havlic is poised for the future growth of the Agency, its team members, and his own personal growth. He has a lot of enthusiasm and strives to be the best in his field. After graduating from Iowa State University, Mark joined the management team for Allstate Insurance. Although Mark did not work in Sales, he worked within several department of the processing Center. This “inside” knowledge was invaluable when he established the Agency. Mark has earned his Life Underwriters Training Council fellowship (LUTCf) as a professional designation, maintains his Illinois & Wisconsin Property & Casualty Licences. These additional licences enables Mark to better serve all his clients.
Mark, is married to Kim Havlic, since October 1987. They have two daughters. A 5th grader and an 8th grader at St Mary’s School, in buffalo Grove Illinois. Mark enjoys participating in their activities – but is busy with his favorite activity – being an IHSA Basketball Referee. Mark actually enjoys the banter of the fans! Mark also volunteers many hours to Illinois Special Olympics Basketball. This year he will officiate in the State Tournament for Special Olympics. The entire family will be there to support the teams and Mark!
In the non-basketball season, when not working, being with his family, or mowing the lawn Mark can be found riding his Harley Davidson Road King. This is his new “baby” and doesn’t seem to get to ride as much as he would like to! Call him on any Saturday afternoon to get him to join you!

Kathy LaJoie
 Kathy is a key to Havlic & Associates. Our resident flood insurance policies expert Kathy has over 19 years experience working in insurance offices. First working in South Florida, then moving to Illinois in 1999 with her new husband Ron. Kathy’s expertise allows her to customize our customer’s insurance coverage’s and handles the higher valued homeowners insurance policies, flood insurance policies, and the intricate requirements of the Illinois fair plan policies .
Kathy has been with Mark and Kim since moving to Illinois and truly is part of the Havlic family. When not playing with her son, Kathy enjoys tumbling and teaches several classes at Libertyville Gymnastics Academy, as well as, Trilogy Dance in Lake Zurich. She has everyone flipping for her at our office and during her classes!

Jim Allegretti
 Although Jim is new to Havlic & Associates, he is no stranger to the Allstate family. Jim has over 10 years experience at Allstate in various positions in Claims, Allstate regional offices, and Sales Support in Allstate home office in Northbrook IL. Following high school in Mundelein IL and college in Michigan, Jim began his Allstate career in Claims in Seattle WA. Following a promotion into Allstate Home Office Sales Support, he returned home to Illinois in 2000. Jim's breadth of expertise across various insurance disciplines is a great addition to enhance your service experience. Jim is licensed to service the needs of our customers through Life, Health, Property & Casualty, and various financial services products.
On the personal side, Jim is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a passion for travel, fishing, boating, and off-road touring on his ATVs or mountain bike. He is choice for any of your insurance needs, but loves to work with safety-minded customers that share his love for the off-road recreation vehicles!

Silvia Romani
 Another new member to the Team Havlic, Silvia joined the group in May, 06. With over 2 years insurance experience in hand, Silvia joined our team while still attending college at College of Lake County in Grayslake. Almost done with her associates, Silvia will continue to attend classes in Chicago when completed at CLC.
Silvia is a resident of Vernon Hills and is also one of our bilingual team members. Silvia’s goal is to own an agency of her own. Our goal is to get her set up in her own agency. She has the talent, knowledge, and ambition to be very successful. We look forward to “mentoring” Silvia through the years.

Glenn Tarter
 Glenn has worked with Mark Havlic, Havlic & Associates, for more than a year and has over 27 years experience in the financial services business. Glenn brings his experience, patience, and high ethical standards to partner with Havlic & Associates in order to complete the entire team approach to your insurance needs.
Glenn earned his undergraduate degree for University of Illinois and also has professional designations of CLU and the ChFc degree from the American College. Glenn also maintains all the required licenses' to sell insurance products in many states.
As the father of three boys, Glenn has been a large presence in community sports in the Algonquin area. He is the past president of the Palatine Lions Club, and has served on the board of the Chicago Life Underwriters, St. Margaret Mary School Advisory and Finance Council, as well as the, Algonquin Lake in the Hills Soccer Association.

Kim Havlic
 As a co-owner of Havlic & Associates, Kim brings her organization and management skills to the team. Kim focus is developing the team members, marketing, but her primary focus is Customer Service and Retention Programs. “I feel that we don’t just sell insurance. We establish a relationship. With each conversation we develop our relationship further. We are our clients risk managers. We are devoted to our customers and their insurance needs.” Says Kim. When Kim is not in the office she is with her daughters. Our Daughters are very active in dance at Libertyville’s Dance Center North dance studio. They are dancing several days a week. Kim is the taxi driver and cheerleader!
Kim has developed her personal skills with classes through University of Phoenix, as well as, additional insurance related seminars and classes. She is active with the children’s school, voluntering any chance she can get!

Bryan Dinklenburg
 Bryan is key to the claims process in the Havlic & Associates Agency. He is the associate directly responsible for making the entire claim process fast and painless to all our customers. Bryan works very well with our claim staff and the venders that we work through during a claim. He continues to get praises from our customers and different team members, from our different claims offices’ and vendors!
Bryan is married. Along with his wife , Bryan’s family includes his 1 year old daughter. As precious as can be, Bryan focus’ on his motto “do it for her”. An advid soccer player, Bryan has big plans for his daughter to dribble the ball – once she is done dribbling ….

Laura Craig
 Laura is another key member of Havlic & Associates. She also has many years experience working in insurance agencies. She is committed to providing our customers with the best of policies, along with the best of service and rates. Not only does Laura go above and beyond when working with our clients, Laura is bilingual and makes sure that everyone understands their insurance coverages.
Laura is married to Herschel Craig, and has a son. Herschel’s passion is Personal Training, He is a trainer at Xport Fitness in Libertyville, Illinois. They enjoy exercising as a family! Laura is expecting another son in April, 2007. Although she will be out of the office for a little while, she will be enjoying her rest until her return to work June 2007. She’ll return in great shape!

Lisa Hodosi
 Lisa is a key element to Havlic & Associates due to her multilingual skills! She speaks Hungarian, Spanish and German. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1992. Her experience is essential to our customers!
Lisa moved from Hungary, then to new York, and finally to Chicago in 1991 where Lisa met her husband. Lisa has been married to Lou, a European Wrestling Champion, for almost 12 years! In her free time she loves to enjoy her dog Benji, a miniature poodle, is a Chairperson of Mooseheart (a city for parentless children), and loves working in her garden!
